Here are the three Donek plates in progression from left to right.
The middle one will most likely be the final GS plate, it has rubber dampening and is a little stiffer than the first plate. And the one with the cut out in the middle will be the slalom plate, we added that to give it some torsional flexibility so that the board can twist more initiating a turn.
The first plate on the green board worked well with both GS and slalom but doesn't have as good a edge hold as the stiffer version with rubber dampening.
Been riding them for weeks now and they're great!
The new slalom plate worked like a charm I would race on it tomorrow!
