Is that due those buckles are scrapping each other?
I had same problem, with original UPZ springs, you might have it more bad with anything else.

By adjusting side screws so that you get them raise cuffs up could help to get this not repeated, it helped me to get rid of that

Yes i raised ,
but the hooks banging because they have too thick...
raising and mounting new hooks is ok
