How is possible release it ?
For sample, I have a board and want send it to you ? I need pay for delivery service and have with them agreement.
If delivery need to pay recipient then we have extra send out money with extra spend time for it & pay extra fee for it.

For me is good anyway, but what thinking about it other guys.

Yes, of course. I have clear understanding it. But by other way have other problem. "send money".
I always can say to you "shipping fee is 90 euro" but it real pay 40.

How is possible avoid it ?

The reciver can organize the shipment with the parcel service or if it is made with regular postal service the price could be checked on the websites of the postal service.

p.s. 164FC Titanal is good solution. But world cup construction is else much more interesting. and put VIST plate to this board else much more interesting.
